We do not carry every item under the sun but rest assured what we do have is hand picked as the very best your furry loved ones.

Good news! We offer FREE shipping across Canada on orders over $49.99 (before taxes) for most products. Just a heads up, items labeled as heavy and oversized aren’t included. Orders under $49.99, have a $9.99 flat fee.

Fast and Fur-ious Shipping:
Orders placed Monday to Friday by 2 PM EST usually ship the same day. Depending on whether they ship from our Ontario or New Brunswick warehouse, they'll typically arrive within 4 business days in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes, and 4-7 days to the West Coast. We’ll email your tracking number as soon as we send your package off!

Need to return your item? No worries! We're happy to accept returns of items in new, un-spoiled condition—complete with all the original packaging—within 14 days of you receiving your goodies.

Opt for Store Credit with FREE RETURNS: Want to swap your item? Returns are on us, including the shipping! Just use the prepaid label we email you, and drop off your package at any Post Office. (Note: We don't refund the original shipping charges, though.)

Get a Refund: Prefer your money back the way you paid? No problem. You'll just need to handle the return shipping costs. (Just like above, we don’t refund the original shipping charges.)
